About the role The Client Partner role sits within Investment, Buying & Planning and has ultimate responsibility for the state of the agency’s relationship and performance on assigned clients.

They ensure that all recommendations drive our clients’ business whilst generating a strong commercial return for Mindshare.

What you will need: You will have meaningful career experience within a major agency across planning and buying both online and offline.

You will have experience in leading teams and managing a global client, with strong client facing skills with many stakeholders.

Ideally you will have a strong investment understanding, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities People: Ensures they live and breathe the Mindshare values and assist in keeping them alive across the agency Sets the team vision for client across all areas of the business quarterly check-ins to track progress Cascades client/business knowledge and context to the relevant people working on their client Leads career development for Connections Planners in their team Inputs into the completion of the 9 box audit of the client team on a quarterly basis in collaboration with other business leads Maintains a collaborative, positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture for all parties working on client business Gives motivating/constructive feedback to all team members working on their client on their client in a timely manner Takes an active role in the Mindshare National Management Team and proactively seeks ways and develops intiiatives to drive the culture and output of the agency Product: Possesses an intimate understanding of the agency AMF process and product differentiators Drives collaboration across all business units at all times Leads the portfolio management across their clients business when necessary Prioritises the workflow across all business units working on their client Leads quality control of work going to the client across all business units to ensure our product is answering the business need Produces a thought leadership/POV/innovation calendar for their clients in collaboration other areas of the business Produces an annual business plan for their client(s) that drives the business forward Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of groupm products/processes Shares and cascades best practice work from around the world to local clients Partners: Builds trusted advisor relationship with senior clients Has a thorough understanding of their clients’ business (PEST, business model, day-to-day challenges etc) and broader category Manages client expectations and delivery across all projects Produces and leads the delivery of post appraisal action plans for their client Cascades appraisal action plan to relevant parties on the client team as relevant Builds trusted relationship with procurement at client office as relevant Drives positive collaboration with partner agencies Develops and monitors Service Level Agreements with clients in collaboration with Commercial Director Profit: Tracks client profitability throughout the year and drives action plan as required Leads conversations for annual commercial client contracts, scope negotiations and resource structure in collaboration with Commercial Director Attends monthly meetings with senior agency management to present a status and relevant actions to deliver to the client business needs Monitors and cascades the client business plan to relevant parties Leads monthly FTE reconciliations Leads commercial, contractual and governance tracking for procurement Identifies and converts new business opportunities/incremental revenue to the business through SBUs and/or 3 rd parties If the above sounds like you, hit APPLY Now
