Job Title: MasterCare Administrator Location: Ottawa, OntarioBusiness Group: Minto Communities Management Inc. Purpose The role The MasterCare Administrator is responsible for providing superior customer service for new Homeowners and ensures the administration complies with the Tarion Home warranty program and Minto specifications. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities What youll be doing day-to-day Responds to all telephone, e-mail and fax inquiries from Homeowners/Purchasers ;Assist team with file preparation when time permitsUpdates, tracks, controls and maintain organized customer care documents and files;Prepares new Homeowner Tarion Information Packages and certificates for the Inspectors to distribute to Homeowners at customer PDI s;Coordinates repair appointments and work days for customer care, trade partners and Homeowners;Supports and assists Inspectors with administrative tasks;Responds and assist in resolving all after sales complaints;Reviews and tracks trends in quality control issues and escalate where necessary;Responds and follows up on all emergency calls during regular business hours;Assists Coordinator with scheduling all repairs in the MasterCare office when needed;Orders and maintains all information, supplies and hydrometers needed for new Homeowners package;Organizes keys once a home is closed to be sent to the Lawyers office for the new Homeowner;Processes customer care work orders as required;Improve CSATWOW the home owner with every interaction, with exceptional customer serviceOther duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management. Technical Competencies Who were looking for Education: A High School Diploma is required; a College Diploma is an asset. Experience: A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of relevant work experience in customer service.
