Millwright

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Millwright to join their team. As a Millwright, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Millwright

Location: Kingston, ON

Pay Range: Starting at $37 per hour (experience dependent)

Shift: Monday to Friday 8.00 am – 4.30 pm

What’s the Job?

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance of all mechanical systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

What’s Needed?

• Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Familiarity with hand tools and industrial machinery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
