The Role:

• Perform skilled maintenance and repairs on automated production machinery and building mechanical systems

• Diagnose mechanical and system issues, replace/repair faulty parts, and test equipment performance

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and support production goals

• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings

• Use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Take initiative on other duties as assigned to support a high-performing, safety-focused team

You Bring:

• 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright and/or 426A Construction Millwright Certificate of Qualification

• Experience as a millwright apprentice in a manufacturing setting? You’re welcome to apply!

• Proven skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment

• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems

• Ability to read blueprints, operation standards, and technical manuals

• A team-player mindset with a strong focus on safety and reliability
