Paid Media Strategist, Social

As our Paid Media Strategist you will structure and execute paid social campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue.

Reporting to the Senior Paid Media Manager, you will plan strategy, create, analyze and optimize campaigns on social platforms.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven and detail
– oriented individual who has a passion for digital media, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is seeking an opportunity to have impact on a growing brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and execute Goodfood’s paid social marketing channel including campaign set up, ad creation and performance tracking.

Monitor campaigns daily and be highly proactive in optimizing performance to meet or exceed target KPIs.

Drive a testing and optimization culture, develop methods and work with tools to quantitatively track performance.

Work cross-functionally with the branding and design team to support creative conceptualization for optimal performance.

Liaise with our external partners to establish best platform practices and find areas of opportunity.

Drive top performing marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and the latest technologies.

Train and mentor internal talent within the digital team.

Keep track of the latest industry trends, best practices and competitors.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree (marketing or related fields) At least 3-4 years experience in a digital media role In-depth experience with ad platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, with proven experience running national campaigns at scale Experience with other paid social platforms (e.g.

Pinterest, TikTok, Snap) is an asset Experience with ecommerce, dynamic advertising and product feeds Experience building, monitoring and optimizing full funnel paid social campaigns and pacing budgets Strong analytical skills and experience working with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics A customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a special attention to detail Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast paced environment Team player with excellent communication skills Ability to communicate concepts and data using productivity or data visualization tools Passion for cooking and food Why Goodfood?
