Join us to find out how you can be a part of it all! The Opportunity:The Process Analyst is responsible for supporting the Business Administration/Operations group and contributes to the business solutions by being actively involved in the analysis of the users’ needs.

They understand and document the business processes.

Business process analysts are also responsible for supporting the users pre and post solution delivery, providing coaching, preparing users instructions and training sessions.

They are also responsible for the day-to-day assessment of business solutions including issues resolution and escalation. What you’ll be responsible for day to day:Develop and maintain effective customer relationships Conducts process management reviews to capture, map and document both the high level and detail level process flows and interactions;Works closely with subject matter experts in identifying any problematic areas in the overall business process model based on objective audit findings and metric analysis;Acts as internal consultant in providing technical process enhancement solutions for operational efficiency; Supports the delivery of business process improvement projects from inception through to delivery, by contributing process mapping and process improvement expertise to cross-functional teams in order to deliver solutions based on the business requirements;Executes a continued review of present processes, programs, systems and methods;Assists the subject matter experts in formulating recommendations for new and enhanced solutions;Identifies the need for a process improvement project and contributes to required changes, improvements, reduction in costs and efficiencies;Provides expertise and support to the BAPT Manager on business process reengineering initiative and methodology; Maintains the content of business processes by authoring/revising controlled process documentation;Develops and maintains an understanding of the companys business processes in order to support the prioritization and delivery of demand;Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

Who we’re looking for: Education: Post-secondary education or a combination of post-secondary education and experience in the process management discipline.

Experience: A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience in process analysis function.

Specific experience in operations research, lean / six sigma or business process modeling/optimization is an asset.
