Join us to find out how you can be a part of it all! What youll be responsible for: Issue RFPs according to established company policies and procedures for service contracts, compliance items, and standing offer agreements.Administer contracts, bid analysis, recommendations, Contract Approval Forms and award of contracts.

Where required addendums, amendments and modifications to contracts are to be prepared and issued to vendors.Input project updates in the project listing in excel.Creation of PR/PO in SAP, and issuing purchase order to awarded vendor.

File soft and hard copies of RFP documents and purchase orders in contract folders.Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, copying, and courier of contract packages.Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.Who were looking for: Minimum 3 years in a Procurement role working in the Real Estate market or general procurement experience.BAB E Business Supply Chain Management/ Project Management designation will be considered an assetExperience on creation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP/ERP system is required.Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong in Microsoft Excel (prepare bid analysis) and Word (prepare contracts).Experience working in Sharepoint to enter updates into contract database.Team player with an outgoing and positive attitude.Must have strong attention to detail when preparing contract paperwork.Relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stake holders.Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written). Minto is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment.
