Job Description Exciting opportunity to work with a reputable organization that specializes in professional accreditation and certification.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects and operations of a new program that will begin this Fall.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProviding all administrative functions in support of program applicants, including travel arrangementsResponding to inquiries from the public about the program process and requirementsAssisting applicants in preparing their candidature: providing direction regarding the filling out applications forms, documentation and online submissionsKnowing, understanding and administering the IT Database and online application toolProactively identifying program risks and developing plans to mitigate risksPreparing applicant’s filesProviding regularly scheduled progress updates to Executive Director/RegistrarEnsuring there is appropriate support and training for assessorsQualifications and ExperienceMust have:Completed College or University DiplomaEnglish and French, written and oral are mandatorySolid computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, databases, browsers) and the adaptability to work with customized software.Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, in both official languagesNice to have:Knowledge of other languages would be an assetTravel Management experience an assetEducation and CertificationsMinimum education required: College Diploma3 Weeks’ VacationInternal Growth OpportunitiesHealth and Dental BenefitsHours: 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
