After all, we believe Canadians deserve better beer.‪ Key Responsibilities: Participate and assist in all packaging operations to meet production and shipping schedulesWork in compliance with company and regulatory policiesReport unusual incidents and accidents and assist in developing corrective measuresWork closely with all departments and crew leaders to ensure that internal and external customers are being adequately servicedAssist in on-the-job trainingMaintain production documentsMaintain a clean and safe workstation and areaOther duties as requiredREQUIREMENTS:Must be over the age of 19Mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting abilityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWorking experience with high speed packaging machine &/or fast-paced environment an assetWork rotational shift (day, night & afternoon) every 2 or 3 weeksWork in a fast-paced, high-decibel environmentStairs and ladder climbing; occasional lifting up to 50 lbsWilling and able to learn new job skillsAble to meet Packaging job requirements, including initiative, safety, housekeeping, attendance and productivityAcceptable work reference and criminal record checkIn accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the Ontario Human Rights Code, accommodation will be provided to candidates with disabilities during the recruitment and selection process.
