SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS ADVISOR (telework)

YOUR CHALLENGE As a leader in the company ’ s communications, you will be reporting to the Director of Communication.

Your role will be to plan, organize, and coordinate all communication and mobilization strategies.

These strategies will be directly involved in supporting the institution, its brand, as well as its employees, members, and clients.

It will be your job to troubleshoot issues and situations, and then propose what should be done to achieve the objectives in place, particularly those in context of change management.

You will additionally act as a consultant regarding these issues and actions to the stakeholders, leaders of the operations sector, as well as other internal partners when necessary.

You possess an undergraduate degree in communications and more than seven years of relevant experience in strategic communications, including internal corporate communications.

As a natural collaborator with strong interpersonal and communication skills, you are fluent in both official languages and have strong French writing skills.

In addition, you have a well-earned reputation as a hands-on leader with multidisciplinary team collaboration and project coordination skills.

You have extensive experience working in an institutional environment.

You have the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely, to advise with confidence based on thorough analysis and reliable risk assessment.

You are efficient, working at both strategic and practical levels.

You are a respected and trusted advisor and decision maker with significant experience in communications, where your role is to collaborate in maintaining quality and consistency of the corporate image.
