desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, fax and copy equipment).

The Desktop Support Analyst installs and troubleshoots hardware, software, and audio-visual technologies, escalating to the responsible area with accurate information, and providing technical guidance and oversight.
