This is a Full-time position in St Catharines, ON posted June 18, 2019.

The Executive Chef is responsible for kitchen operations including menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, and sanitation.

This position directs the development of culinary leadership and staff engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure an efficient and profitable food service.

The position demands excellent communication skills, the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards and ability to maintain several large events simultaneously.
