Key Holder

Bath Depot

This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted August 3, 2018.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the position holder is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in his tasks, such as: administrative management of the store, sales objectives, customer service, visual merchandising, supervision and internal training. True company ambassador, the position holder will have to welcome, advise and retain a demanding clientele.

 

Responsabilities: 

  • Participate in the supervision, motivation and management of the employees;
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and an unbeatable shopping experience;
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers;
  • Maximize sales and profitability;
  • Participate in the management of the store’s operation;
  • Ensure store openings and closings;
  • Apply the company’s policies and procedures;
  • Apply the safety programs;
  • Participate in the validation of sales report;
  • Promote and complete the visual merchandising of the products;
  • Ensure the regular maintenance of the store;
  • Participate in the control of the inventory;
  • Communicate with the administrative center;
  • All other related tasks.

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a related position or equivalent;
  • Have a college or professional degree or equivalent;
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of autonomy and initiative;
  • Skilled manager;
  • Skilled communicator;
  • Have good judgment;
  • Have a good sense of organization and work planning;
  • Available to work days, evenings and weekends;
