If you are looking to be part of something big, then come join our local family we want to hear from you! About the role:Reporting to the Director, Client Services, the Account Executive acts as the key relationship manager with assigned clients, and is the liaison between the client and various internal departments.

The successful candidate will manage client needs and relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered and contractual obligations are met or exceeded.

Also acting as a people leader, the Account Executive manages the day-to-day operations of the department, provides coaching and development opportunities for team members, and manages performance of staff. You are great at:Building a winning culture with enthusiastic leadership, connecting with clients and all levels of the business, and attracting, retaining, motivating, and engaging team members.Coaching and developing Associates to ensure the department is operating efficiently and Associate performance is maximizedActively managing performance, identifying training needs, and providing post-training supportConducting performance reviews and other leadership dutiesManaging the day to day operations of the department by growing revenue, ensuring contractual agreements with clients are met, and maintaining and building strong client relationships.Developing and implementing new business opportunities, growing the revenue base of existing clients for assigned portfolio, and recommending and presenting new product offeringsEnsuring the business needs of the clients are met by analyzing business service and product requirementsAssessing client requests for new product initiatives, documenting project deliverables, and communicating project decisions to clientsEnsuring quality customer service is delivered, contractual obligations are met or exceeded, and client issues are resolvedConducting client visits and preparing meeting inputsCreating, analyzing, and disseminating various reports for clientsWhat it takes:Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Account Executive or client-facing role, coupled with minium 3 years’ leadership experienceBusiness development and sales experience is preferredExperience in the insurance industry, ideally in group benefits is considered an assetAttainment of, or working towards, an insurance designation such as CIP or CEBS is preferredAbility to take initiative and work independently to meet our customer’s needsDemonstrated success in establishing and driving service excellenceStrong relationship building skills with internal and external partiesSuperb customer service and communication skills What we offer you:A competitive total rewards package, including benefits coverage as of your first day of employment, participation in the company’s annual incentive bonus plan, an employer matched retirement plan, tuition reimbursement support, generous paid time off, and much more!A Referral Program that rewards you for referring your qualified friends and familyEmployee discounts at a wide variety of retailers and servicesThe opportunity to grow with a large, global organization All successful candidates must be able to pass an Enhanced Reliability Check performed by the Government of Canada. At Allianz, we understand and value diversity in our employees and are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
