Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Walkerton, ON. As a vital member of our healthcare-focused organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service to our clients patients and customers. • Pay rate: $20/hour.

• Location: Walkerton, ON

• Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Detailed Job Description:

• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries, orders, and appointments.

• Perform data entry accurately and efficiently.

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers courteously.

• Utilize computer skills to manage customer records and information.

• Maintain an organized workspace and workflow.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks seamlessly.

• Display compassion and empathy in interactions with Medigas patients.

• Previous experience in Customer Service and Administrative roles is an asset.

Candidate’s Profile:

• Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

• Strong computer proficiency.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Compassionate and empathetic.

• Previous experience in Customer Service and Administrative roles is an asset.
