Job Overview

As a Recruiter, your role is to recruit, source, prepare and conduct screen calls and interviews in identifying sales and promotional representatives. You will follow-up with candidates through the onboarding process regarding hired or not to attract and retain sales staff. This role is not limited to these tasks, other job responsibilities will be given to improve our Recruitment team.

– Identify current and prospective staffing levels and requirements, prepare and post advertisements

– Collect and pre-screen applications by screen calling

– Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment

– Interview and determine if they are suitable for the role

– Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers

– Providing Managers and HR assistant updates on hires

– Recruitment Budget Management to determine required budget for sponsoring on site

– Manage job postings and ensure frequent updates on all job advertisements

– Recommend ideas and strategies to support souring needs and long-term growth such as alternative recruitment methods

– Other duties assign


– 1 to 2 years of experience is a must

– Bilingual is preferred

– Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with people on online platforms

– Experience using social media, recruitment platforms, job boards, cold-calling, and other mechanisms to identify candidates

– Strong communications, analytical, and customer service skills

– Results-oriented mind-set

– Strong interpersonal skills with a natural collaborative approach to work
