Inside Sales Account Representative

Manpower

This is a Full-time position in Aylmer, ON posted May 12, 2025.

What’s the Job?

Location: On-site at 150 Elgin Street, Ottawa, ON
Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)
Pay Rate: CAD $20.43/hr (fixed)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST (35–44 hrs/week)
Training: 6 weeks, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
 


Bonuses

  • Joining Bonus: CAD $900 total (CAD $450 after 4 weeks, CAD $450 after 12 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB advertisers to grow revenue
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and consult on digital marketing strategies
  • Optimize ad performance and provide tailored recommendations
  • Build long-term client relationships and exceed sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Meta’s ad solutions

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ year of sales experience
  • 3+ years of overall work experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • BPO or inside sales experience
  • Experience with outbound/inbound calling and quota-based sales
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with North American markets and digital advertising
