Inside Sales Associate

Realty Conversion

Realty Conversion is a growing start up organization that specialize in turning real estate leads into appointments through a fixed cost model.

An Inside Sales Associate is often the first impression prospective clients have with our company and as such needs to provide a superior customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, thoroughly communicating throughout the sales cycle, qualifying prospects for the right appointment and following up with top funnel leads.

Key Responsibilities Calling warm leads and converting them into qualified appointments for our clients Achieve minimum sales target standards for appointment conversion and show rate metrics Continuously look for opportunities for growth Ensure all appointments have followed the client criteria Input data into CRM for follow-up communications Build strong relationships with your clients to ensure their expectations are being met Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years’ B2C sales experience Naturally driven with a hunger to grow within a start-up environment Superior communication and organization skills Excited to work with a young sales force that appreciates the importance of developing a healthy culture High energy, self-motivated leader that is eager to connect with clients and prospects Optimistic and enthusiastic attitude Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience with Follow Up Boss or other CRM systems Strong real estate knowledge Why We’re Awesome Leading Inside Sales Real Estate Organization in Canada Lots of challenges in our small start up environment Tons of opportunities for growth and professional development within the company Chance to learn about real estate industry Autonomy and the right technology to get the job done A company that invests in its most important resource, people Yearly variable compensation up to $20,000
