Inside Sales Representative Parts & Service

One of our clients located in Burlington area is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative for their facility. Our client is a growing heavy equipment manufacturing company and supplying tank trailers to their customer all over Canada.

The main tasks:

• Act as a first point of contact for new and existing customers to provide them exceptional customer service and parts information.
• Maintain good relationship with new and existing customers to generate sales.
• Learn about the products and services to provide solutions in real time to inquiries.
• Answer incoming calls to receive orders and process them in a timely manner.
• Provide quotations and prices for parts and prepare proposals for part replacements.
• Assist in shipping and receiving of parts.
• Maintain inventory and records.
• Prepare all the necessary documents related to the parts orders.
• Carry out all other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of proven work experience as an inside sales representative with heavy equipment industry.
• Knowledge of tank trailer parts is an asset.
• Superior customer service skills.
