Description 2021-2022 PINK CAMPUS REPRESENTATIVE POSITION Victoria’s Secret PINK is a brand that embodies the energy, excitement, and fun of college life.

In keeping with its collegiate heritage and to strengthen the brand’s natural connection to campus, PINK launched the Campus Rep Program—an exclusive on campus program that gives career-focused students the opportunity to gain real-life experience through event planning, marketing, and advertising.

Every year, the Campus Rep program grows, adding more universities, more Reps and now expanding into community colleges Are you a self-proclaimed IG star?

Do you want to foster community & positive mental health on your campus?

Are you excited by the opportunity to share your thoughts with PINK’s leadership team around how to make the brand a better place?

If so, this paid (& fun) position could be perfect for you.


PINK Campus Reps have an “always on” mentality—so it’s only natural that they’re frequently posting pics on their PINK Campus Rep social channels—raising brand awareness both on their campus and throughout their local community.

PINK Campus Reps are stylists.

They participate in style challenges and share style tips (because PINK fans are always looking for major campus inspo) PINK Campus Reps are event planners.

They are given the creative freedom to bring the PINK brand to life on their campus through exciting events, initiatives, and more.

We’re looking for candidates who want to create a PINK community and support system for their students PINK Campus Reps are leaders.

They work with Co-Representatives to cultivate a group of PINK-obsessed students called the PINK Campus Team
– providing them with real-life experience in learning how to effectively manage a team.

Sharing their opinions and insights about what’s cool and trending is super important to our Reps.

They get to influence product by communicating with PINK leadership through meetings and weekly surveys.

PINK Campus Reps are always in the know; they chat on the daily with other Reps and Supervisors and share their ideas, feedback, and support.

PINK Campus Reps receive fun & in-depth training on all of the above responsibilities to ensure that all Reps feel confident & prepared to take on the year ahead Qualifications OUR PERF CAMPUS REP: Must.


PINK (duh) Plus, be a current member of PINK Nation We ♥ people who are highly motivated and involved on campus (e.g.

student organizations, athletics/sports clubs, etc).

It’s super essential that our Reps have proven leadership abilities; we’re looking for smart, enthusiastic, and outgoing applicants.

All PINK Campus Reps should be—ya know, on campus When we’re combing through applications, we’re searching for students that are currently enrolled as a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior in college.

Commitment is key; we want people who are cool with spending 8 hours a week on Campus Rep activities for one full academic year.
