PSSR and Sales Representative

At SMS Equipment, reporting to the Operations Manager, the PSSR and Sales Representative is responsible to promote, sell and rent, various product lines distributed by SMS Equipment. This position is located in Paradise.

The shift rotation for this position is 5×2.

This position is eligible for a base salary plus commissions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers in order to increase sales and exceed customer expectations.
• Gain, maintain and increase market share for target products in the assigned territory.
• Promote value-added sales practices.
• Support and develop sales strategies.
• Pay particular attention to safety.
• Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a college diploma in marketing / sales and/ or administration. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Additional requirements include:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in internal or external sales representation in the field of heavy equipment, parts and service

• Strong ability for prospecting and market development.

• Focus on results.

• Organizes and manages his time, well structured, convincing, combative, tenacious, persevering, autonomous and dynamic.

• Knowing how to act quickly in various situations and have a real commitment to customers.

• Must have a valid driver's licence.
