POSITION: Sales Coordinator LOCATION: Guelph, Ontario LEVEL: Individual Contributor DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager the Sales Coordinator will provide centralized administrative support for the provincial Sales team (Ontario/Atlantic Canada).

This is a contract opportunity from mid-February until May 2021.

Key Responsibilities Include: Communication Respond to general sales and customer inquiries, or direct to appropriate party, as requiredCommunicate internal and external correspondence and coordinate distribution of weekly mail outs for the Sales team Sales Support Organize sales meetings requirements for regionCoordinate liquor board applicationCoordinate and assist to execute special events including maintaining the Sales cageCoordinate the production of Retail Sell SheetsCoordinate with the POS fulfillment company to ensure proper order fulfillment and follow up to resolve related issuesMaintain accurate inventory, POS and pricing for the Retail Store systemTrack and maintain sales contract documentation, as required Administration Provide administrative support for the area Sales teamMain administration contact for all the Provincial Liquor BoardsCoordinate travel arrangements for Sales teamTrack and report Sales Representative spendingProcessing invoices, expenses and company credit cards for Sales teamOrganize event sponsorships and trade shows, as requiredTrack and report on Sales team vacation and sick daysCompile and coordinate new employee orientation materials and provide assistance to orient employees to various internal resources, as required.Source suppliers and POS items for special rep requests as requiredProvide Sales fleet administration and trackingTrack and report taxable benefit for event tickets and prepaid credit cards and forward to payroll for processingTrack, distribute, and report on beer vouchers for employee and promotional beer for the organizationPerform other related duties as required Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support rolePost-secondary education in a related fieldExperience working in a sales environment would be considered an assetExceptional client service skillsProven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organizationEffective communication, both written and verbal; strong presentation skillsComputer skills with ability to use Microsoft OfficeBeverage alcohol industry experience would be considered a strong assetValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAcceptable criminal checkAbility to demonstrate behaviours compatible with organizational values Working Conditions Overtime may be required In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the Ontario Human Rights Code, accommodation will be provided to candidates with disabilities during the recruitment and selection process.
