Today we are in expansion and we have 4 sales representative that focus solely on sales growth in Canada, United States and Latin American. Our #1 goal is growth in all the industries of construction, demolition, recycling, handling, snow removal and electromagnet with our four divisions: attachments, magnetics, handling and long reach.

Role overview

GRYB is seeking an outside Sales Representatives in the Greater Toronto Area with previous sales experience in attachments for heavy machinery or in heavy machinery.

The individual in this role will be responsible for driving the sales growth of attachments for heavy machinery within the province of Ontario, specifically in the Greater Toronto Area.

This role encompasses work with targeted dealer and distributor network in Ontario. Although this position requires the ability to work alone the successful incumbent will also require to collaboratively work with cross functional teams.

Position responsibilities

Actively manage, develop and grow a dedicated sales territory (Greater Toronto Area);

Prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships;

Understand each customer’s needs and answer questions on products and distribution. Provide real effective solutions/recommendations by having a strong understanding of GRYB’s top selling and basic product lines (as well as competitive products and brands);

Promote daily/weekly/monthly specials via inside sales call projects;

Proactively call existing customer and contact dealers to research trends/needs and identify possibilities for product improvements and new products;

Use our catalogs with over 60 items to sell product solutions and costumized solutions to large and small companies;

Deliver exceptional customer service;

Meet deadlines, establish an appropriate priority level of assigned tasks, and get the job done in a timely manner;

Understand GRYB departmental processes including accounting, purchasing, resolutions, and manufacturing;

Transfer orders, customer information, and purchasing trends to the department;

Work with Marketing and Technical teams to assist with market research, new product launches, promotional projects, etc.;

5 years previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset.

Proven knowledge concerning attachment for heavy duty machinery (attachment, or heavy duty machinery or mecanics or port operation, etc.)

Valid driver’s license required.

Computer literate – MS Office Suite, internet navigation, and order entry experience.

Mastery in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales growth, including ability to seek out and develop new customers

Confidence and positive attitude are a MUST! Goal-oriented and competitive in sales/marketing activities.

Superior interpersonal skills – able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Ability to work hard and smart – never satisfied with the status quo.

Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and true commitment to customers.
