Territory Sales Manager – Technical Furniture

Today’s office environment is dynamic! Companies are investing in designing command center and ergonomic office spaces to meet their business needs and increase productivity. Our client is able to meet the demand in this niche sector! They are a Canadian based company that has been operating for over 20 years, manufacturing and designing technical furniture. Some of their clients include large corporations such as Toronto Airport, Department of National Defence, and TD Bank.

Currently, they are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to contribute to the growth of their business by increasing market share in the GTA. The right candidate for this role is entrepreneurial, with strong business acumen and new business development sales approach!

Role Overview: 
As a Territory Manager you will be developing the territory from the ground up. Offering infrastructure solutions to solve space planning and IT equipment challenges for clients across all verticals. Consoles for command centres, control and surveillance environments; technical furniture for computer labs, server cabinets, networks and data centres; and ergonomic products that address comfort and performance deficiencies.


  • New client acquisition; focused on new business development to prospect new opportunities.
  • Targeting medium to large corporations with a consultative sales approach; managing the full sales cycle.  
  • Creating sales proposals and  involved in designing solutions.  
  • Maintaining a pipeline of sales opportunities, engaged clients and prospects. 
  • Working from a home office; expected to maintain an organized schedule and work with a remote leader.

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in an outside or territory sales role.
  • Proven ability to sell a consultative solution and concept – not just products.
  • Sales hunter! Someone who is able to build a territory from scratch. 
  • Candidates with a technical background will be preferred, a strong mechanical aptitude is required in order to able to conceptualize projects.


  • This role offers a base salary, plus commission package with uncapped potential.
  • Base salary is $55,000, commissions on all total sales a rep can earn $100,000+.
  • Additional perks include a car allowance, cell phone laptop and data allowance. Holidays and health benefits are also included.  
  • Provided sales and technical training.
