Cansel is looking for an experience Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company’s overall market share. This role will be at our location in Richmond Hill (25 E Pearce St., L4B 0B2).

Our role of Shipper/Receiver is key to our success and play an important role in building and maintaining excellence in our operations and client relationships.
Processing Customer Order, picking, packing, inspecting and data entry.
Adhering to corporate departmental polices, procedures and standards.
Daily communication with internal staff and carriers with regards to customer order, delivery and other inquires
Receiving, put away and posting.
Health and Safety compliance in accordance with company policies
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments and receipts
Participating in inventory control and cycle counting
Becoming an effective team member by participating in process improvement initiatives
Performing other general administrative/warehouse duties and tasks as assigned
Manage open orders using SAP
Audit checks
We are looking for an energetic individual able to work within a team environment and prefers to work with minimal supervision. To succeed in this position, you will possess the following characteristics:
• Strong interpersonal communication, & telephone skills
• Minimum two years warehouse experience
• Trained and certified forklift, with proven safe track record
• Excellent accuracy and organization skills complimented by the ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to detail.
• Remaining calm and upbeat in a fast-paced and pressured atmosphere
• Forward-thinking, self-discipline and highly organized with ability to take initiative around the site
• Proven experience in inventory management
• Work effectively as a team player and the ability to lead a team
• Excellent knowledge of overall warehouse process.
• Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems)
• Abilify to lift up 50lbs
