About the role We’re looking for a Claims Manager, Intact Prestige to join our growing team Reporting to the Claims Director, High Net Worth, the Claims Manager, Intact Prestige will be one of the key members of the high net worth dedicated claims team.

In your role, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of dedicated high net worth multiline adjusters providing the highest degree of claims customer service and expertise Here are a few ways you’ll make a difference: You’ll have direct oversight of a claims team supporting our high net worth customers.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our overall workflow, services and customer experience align with the needs of this customer’s base.

You’ll maintain effective communication channels with claims departments and ensure ongoing collaboration with our High Net Worth underwriting team.

You’ll establish and communicate clear performance objectives and continually measure the progress on the attainment of these objectives.

You’ll ensure a high level of employee engagement by continually monitoring overall engagement and creating and executing engagement action plans.

You’ll lead the recruitment process including but not limited to the interviewing and selection process and the onboarding of new employees.

You’ll work on projects and initiatives as required and while being proactive, demonstrating leadership and sharing information appropriately with the team.

Qualifications A minimum of 5 years related experience, preferably in complex Property/Auto Claims.

A minimum of 2 years managerial experience A university degree or equivalent education combined with relevant work experience is considered an asset Previous exposure to High Net Worth Claims considered an asset Excellent communication skills Positive attitude while adapting to changing priorities and taking ownership of work Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Sense of urgency and willingness to manage a changing schedule due to unpredictable events.
