What You’ll Do Collaborate with various business, engineering and enterprise teams to support best-in-class product designs on the evolution of our customer experiences Use a customer first vision and mindset, so that you can inspire designs with the focus on the usability from a customer’s view, measuring success and iterate the process Champion the need for holistic service design efforts across our entire omni-channel customer experience, supporting multiple lines of business Hire, manage, and retain customer focused and collaborative colleagues that will support our customer journey via our product creations Coach and manage teams across every stage of the design process: problem definition, research, solution ideation, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, prototyping, interaction design, dev collaboration Leverage insights and competitive intelligence to bring the best of external & internal research into discussions about strategy, design & execution What you Bring: Demonstrated experience in leading high performing customer focused product design teams implementing high quality solutions in a timely manner A flexible working style that allows you to effectively lead multiple projects and collaborate across various teams and management levels Ability to influence and communicate with a sense of urgency, accountability and ownership Experience in and Understanding of the power of research and data to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions.
