As a Slot Supervisor, your role in mentoring your team to execute a fast and flawless guest experience will ensure the smooth functioning of Slot operations.

Key Responsibilities: Performs Slot Attendant duties including replenishing and maintaining slot machines and monitoring machine stack lights to ensure prompt service Supervises and mentors Slot Attendants, providing instruction, assigning duties Oversees corrective feedback, human resources, safety and recruitment needs of team Supervises Slot Play and jackpot settlement; handles player outcomes and slot machine irregularities Keeps up to date with company policies and procedures, provincial and local regulations for casino operations Collaborates with team members, participate in casino and marketing initiatives and promotes events What You’ll Require: Post-secondary education in a relevant field 1 year experience as a Slot Attendant is an asset with 1 years of experience in a leadership role Proven high level of Customer Service Strong managerial skills and familiarity with a high-volume, fast paced, shift-work environment Smart Serve is an asset Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to pull, lift, and carry objects up to 25 lbs ; may push, pull or move objects up to 50lbs (as applicable) Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time The ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario What Is Next Love what you see so far?
