We’re growing rapidly, so join the team and you’ll get a chance to shape the future of our company and the healthcare industry.Fullscript is owned and operated by Natural Partners Fullscript (NPFS), with offices in both Ottawa, Ontario and Scottsdale, Arizona.About the roleThe EHR Account Manager role is a key part of our 2019 plan to grow Fullscript’s business!

This role will involve coordination and optimization of new EHR launches, as well as ongoing Account Management of our EHR partners.

An important part of this role will be to ensure we are maximizing our EHR partnerships to achieve our growth targets.

You will also be responsible for ensuring our sales team is up to speed on any new integrations, and acting as our in-house expert on these partners.

This position in located in our Ottawa, Ontario office.What you will doWork with EHR partners to achieve NOA and revenue growth goalsWork with EHR partners through the integration process, sharing development best practices and guidance for a successful integrationCoordinate beta testers for new integrations and provide feedback to partnersCreate a Device Launch Plan and work with marketing for a successful executionProvide ongoing account management to EHR partnersProvide internal and external reporting for EHR partnersAct as an expert for the sales and CS teams, providing training and guidance when neededStrategize growth campaigns and drive to completionCo-host EHR webinarsAssist the “Pursuit Team” with identifying and researching new partners and opportunitiesWhat you will bring to the team3-5 years experience in Account Management and B2B salesTechnical aptitudeA great attitudeEnergy and work ethicIntelligence and a solutions-oriented mindsetSelf-discipline and the ability to stay focused amongst the chaosOrganization and diligenceA proven track record of successAPI experience is a plusBusiness Development experience would also be a bonus!What we offerThe most valuable asset any individual has to give is their time, so finding the right place to do their life’s work is important.
