DutiesAssist with site projects, establishing scope and budgetsexpertise in the mining industryparticipate in training related to equipment on siteexperience with Unity and Citect an assetProficient in reading schematics and work plansSAP (CMMS Software) experience an assetAble to understand single-line diagrams and perform drawing updates as neededExperience with Variable Frequency Drives and their applicationsUnderstands various Protective Relay functions and zone controls (Under/Overcurrent protection, Bus Protection, Differential Protection, Transformer Protection, etc)Protective relay testing, coordination studies and load analysis principlesLead Energy Management InitiativesMeet requirements of IESO ProgramsComplete technical audits, evaluate energy efficiency technologies, perform feasibility studies and prepare business cases for energy projectsCoordinate and administer project documentation and energy incentive applicationsPerform energy analysis, load approximations, and baseline development using engineering concepts to create and maintain the energy and carbon management plan in scope of corporate goals and proceduresRequirementsCertified Energy Manager (CEM) or Energy Manager in Training (EMIT)Electrical Engineering or Technology Degree/Diploma1-2 years of related experienceValid Driver”s License
