Job Description Critelli Furniture is a fourth-generation family owned and operated retail furniture and design destination store in downtown St.

Catharines, Ontario.

Our wide assortment of North American and Imported Furniture, Hand Knotted Rug Market, Mattresses, lighting, accents and art from the top style leading brands are creatively presented in 7 showrooms throughout 4 interesting and well-appointed buildings.

Our sales and design team, along with Critelli’s delivery team provide a unique shopping experience, offering very special products in a thoughtful manner that our clients truly appreciate.We are looking for an energetic individual that consistently enjoys providing industry best customer service along with excellent administrative and problem-solving skills.

The ability to communicate in person, over the phone and by email is essential, and strong computer skills are required.
