Identity and access management (iam) consultant

This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted June 26, 2019.

Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) ConsultantOur client, within the Federal Government, has a requirement for 1 or 2 Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultants.

The contract will initially run from late July, 2019 and is expected to be completed 3 months later (when a final report is produced).

All face to face engagement activities between Company and CRA personnel will be conducted on-site in Ottawa.

However the majority of the work can be completed remotely with the client’s permission.

Our client is looking a Consultant (s) to provide advisory services to the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and technology by developing an IAM roadmap and associated implementation strategies as well as concrete action plans on how to implement these strategies based on industry trends and best practices.A detailed SOW is available to interested candidatesTo be considered candidates must have: Current valid Federal Government clearance at the Reliability level 10 to 15 years experience with the following:
• an Identity Governance Administration solution (e.g., CA IdM suite, SailPoint, IBM, Savyant, etc),
• developing IAM program and projects using recent IAM technology and applying risk based strategies
• developing IAM target state infrastructure and strategic roadmap
• identifying and prioritizing gaps and issues related to IAM.

Developing IAM strategies measured against industry leading best practices, regulatory compliance requirements, and the organizations risk appetite.

• providing strategies and blueprint for improved operational efficiency and end-user experience.

• providing recommendations on IAM business processes, governance, technology and operating model.

• experience defining key elements of an IAM program.

• in defining and implementing control to support the ITSG-33
• conducting IAM current state assessment
• conducting IAM health checks for existing technologies and operations
