Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in organizing and controlling project site documentation and procedures under the direction of the Manager.

Incumbents may be required to perform other related duties as may be requested by the supervisor/manager.

What youll be responsible for day to day:Attend site meetings with owner and consultants as required by the Manager.

If required, prepare and distribute minutes of these meetings.Assist in the administration of established client contract processes for Revisions, Requests, Instructions, Change Orders and Non Conformance Reports.Assist Construction and Condo Managers in the administration and preparation of documents.Assist in soliciting subcontractors for competitive pricing during quote or bid preparation, under the direction of the Manager.Assist Site Superintendents in tracking material delivery and dates as well as gathering and tracking material and rental delivery slips etc.

Assist in updating project drawings for site superintendent.Ensure owners and consultants instructions are distributed.

Update electronic project document list, as well as office plans and specifications with all revisions and information.Help to ensure proper maintenance of all project files, records, drawings, and specifications.Assist in processing time sheets, daily work orders, and time and material sheets as required.Assist in project closeout procedures.

Gathering necessary documents, maintenance/warranty manuals, and warranty work as needed.Assist in maintaining Contract Documents / Tracking Log.Assist in maintain Contract Document List.Assist with the administration of construction warranty related work and documentation. Who were looking for:Student in Architectural Sciences, Civil Engineering or Project/Construction Management.Proficient in MS Office.Familiarity with construction methods.Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.Can work effectively both independently and in a team based environment.Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.Positive attitude. Minto is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment.
