What you will do:Inventory Management.

You will collaborate with the warehouse team to perform inventory analysis and will ensure equipment is in stock.

You will keep up to date records of inventory and ensure data is well organized.Order Fulfillment.

You will oversee client orders; tracking and monitoringthem from start to finish.

You will ensure orders are:Built to specificationProperly assembledProperly cleaned and put away when requiredDelivered to clients on timePeople Management.

You will clearly communicate expectations to your team, as well as plan, monitor, and review their work.

You will analyze process workflow; developing solutions and strategies that will increase efficiency.

You will need to be a hands-on team player, and be ready to take on new challenges as they come your way.Customer Support.

You will act as the liaison between internal departments and our customers.

You will share customer issues with the operations team and design processes that will facilitate the best customer experience.Hands-on work.

60-70% of your role will require hands-on work, so you will need to be ready to jump in, roll up your sleeves, and assist your team wherever possible.

You may occasionally have to do some minor repairs, it’s important that you are comfortable using basic tools like a screwdriver or wrench.What you bring:The Education and Experience.

You have 2+ years of experience as an inventory or warehouse supervisor and have experience managing the KPIs of a team.

You have a post-secondary degree in a relevant field.

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt and working knowledge of medical equipment and supplies is considered an asset.The Technical Skills.

You can pick up new technologies quickly and are comfortable with basic software and database entry.

You are very familiar with Microsoft software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Navision or similar inventory management software.

The Communication Skills.

You are well-spoken and not afraid to pick up the phone, compose an email or have a conversation with internal teams at any level.

You are comfortable taking on an assertive position with the sales team while continuing to support their end goals.Flexibility.

You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

You are a true team player.Additional Must Have Requirements.

You are able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds in order to move or repair equipment and devices.

You have a clean criminal background check and are bondable.

You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.Why join?
