Provide ad hoc analyses to understand sales performance and competitor impact.The National Sales Operations Manager is responsible for handling and managing the workflow of an organizations sales processes, enabling sales operations to go smoothly and ensure the implementation of sales processes and strategies to drive productivity and further the growth of the organization.

Hence, the strategic function of sales operations teams.The Manager supports the sales leaders and sales team in achieving their goals through implementation and use of world class processes, tools and reporting.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with sales leadership and finance to develop sales targets.

Maintain and document rules of engagement and account ownershipCoordinate monthly and quarterly territory planning activitiesOwn the end-to-end process of tracking the sales pipeline and operational metrics and delivering regular actionable insights to the business to improve the pipeline performanceManage revenue forecasting and analysis processDevelop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and KPIsMaintain data integrity in Salesforce for leads, contacts, accounts and opportunitiesPerform ad hoc analysis as needed to support management in business decisionsInvestigate and evaluate new processes, tools and systems to improve reporting and sales operationsCreate and maintain sales department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.Assist with onboarding and training of new sales employeesQualifications:A total 8-10 years of experience in sales operations with proficiency creating reports, managing pipeline, optimizing processes, and managing KPI & dashboards combine withfield sales experience.Bachelors degree; technical or business-related field preferred.Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.Advanced Excel skills and CRM management skills (Salesforce an asset)Ability to build relationships and solve complex problemsDesire to challenge status quoWho We AreAbout Cox AutomotiveTheres nothing ordinary about Cox Automotive.
