North America Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager responsibilities are focused on demand generation and raising the brand profile in target market segments.

This includes tracking and analyzing the performance of multi-channel multi-touch campaigns against goals, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with BFS’ brand identity.

To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with marketing automation, web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective campaigns.

Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels (direct and intermediary), segments and business area Drive demand generation through conceptualizing and executing on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels, leveraging both brand and demand generation marketing Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads Identify ffectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics; accountable for monitoring and reporting on ROI for all marketing activities Develop and execute content strategy aligned to buying journey and business objectives Develop marketing material, from website content and social media ads to hard copy brochures and case studies; localization and some translation is required Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and associations Develop and deliver a communications program that supports customer experience and loyalty Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds to reach optimal results Manage relationships with external suppliers/agencies in terms of deliverables, timelines and costs Our client is looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Marketing Manager who is hungry to take on the challenge and build and execute the marketing strategy from the ground up.

Our ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills, experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and is comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Skills and Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
– 7 years marketing experience in multi-channel demand generation and branding in the US and Canadian B2B SME space
– Ability to work with, influence and lead collaboration across a variety of stakeholders
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns in the B2B segment in both direct and intermediary
– Self-starter with proven track record of working under own initiative to prioritize, plan and deliver results aligned to business objectives
– Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
– Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity and detail
– Ability to manage within a matrix environment and develop peer to peer and stakeholder relationships in order to achieve objectives
– Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools Preferred Qualifications
– Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
