– this is the role you’ve been waiting for The Data Insights & Analytics team at Loblaw is seeking a Product Manager, Solutions Engineering.

Reporting to the Director, Solutions Engineering.

You’ll shepherd projects from envisioning to execution, removing roadblocks, providing perspective, and taking ownership of driving the project to completion.

This will include working closely with technical leads, project managers and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do Engage with business stakeholders to uncover the deep, underlying problems of the business, as well as set and drive expectations of the solutions meant to address them.

Collaborate with multiple business and technical teams to define complex features.

Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints Navigate complex problem spaces, bringing clarity and concise representations of the multitude of factors involved.

Participate in scrum ceremonies such as grooming, planning and standups.

You have 3-7 years of experience in a product manager level role and you’re looking for a new challenge.

You’re always looking to support your team, deliver projects and engage with the business.

You have a desire to tackle tough challenges head on and find solutions that align with core business goals.

You are always learning and growing.

Not one to rest on your laurels, you actively seek out things outside your comfort zone.

What You’ll Need Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science required, advanced degree preferred.

Excellent understanding of agile principles and methodologies.

Strong inter-personal skills including ability to work in a cross-functional environment and communicate with all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to drive to clear action and ownership amongst large development teams.

A true leader

Strong sense of urgency and personal commitment.
