Project Coordinator I – Sales

What’s the Job?
 Duration: 1 Year Contract
 Suggested Pay Rate (T4): $28.24/hr
 Suggested Pay Rate (Independent Contractor): $34.13/hr
 Frequent travel required within Ontario (evenings/weekends)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Project Coordinator I – Sales to support natural gas sales and customer engagement in community expansion areas. This role involves direct customer interaction, data tracking, and coordination of service applications. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong organizational and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, and events.
• Promote the benefits of natural gas and guide customers through the attachment process.
• Maintain and update community tracking spreadsheets, ArcGIS, and SAP tables.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate and engaging information.
• Investigate service application statuses and resolve customer concerns.
• Support marketing efforts and represent Enbridge at community events.
• Analyze and report on customer metrics and project progress.
• Coordinate kiosk locations, direct mail campaigns, and outreach materials.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years of B2C and/or B2B sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid Ontario G class driver’s license and clean driving record.
