– Mining, Pulp & Paper, Metals, Aluminum and Cement, Data centers and Food and Beverage.

The successful candidate will manage Automation and Electrical projects for the Paper, Aluminum and Mining Industries as well as developing and maintaining partnership relations with our clients and suppliers.Your responsibilities Work in accordance with ABB procedures using applicable tools; Participate in Project Sales / Analyze customers’ specifications; Review/approve ABB proposals, terms and conditions, cost calculations and schedules; Serve as prime interface with customers and project participants, on all contractual matters; Build relationship with, and influence, customers at all levels; Ensure Customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customers; Plan projects / Establish schedules / Modify when required/ Monitor progress; Assess/Manage project risks and opportunities; Coordinate activities/arrange staffing/assign responsibilities; Manage/lead project team to ensure project success and team spirit; Ensure efforts are aligned with customer/company requirements; Ensure quality/continuous performance; Review status reports, monitor/analyze/report contract performance; Ensure timely delivery of information and materials, product quality and field services; Pursue project opportunities for additional sales; Manage/Review change requests, prepare quotes/implement changes, with support from technical and other staff as required; Resolve disputes over back charges, delays, warranties, etc.; Approve purchase orders, and invoices; Review/coordinate information flow internally, to/from vendors and to/from customers; Report opportunities and problems to management; Decide on/implement actions to fully explore all possibilities and to eliminate/minimize problems; Ensure contract completion and desired financial return; Control contract documents.Your background Presentation and communication skills both in English and French Strong leadership/interpersonal skills/Conflict resolution/Negotiation skills; Ability to manage/work with virtual (cross border/culture) teams; Good understanding of Customer needs / Good Customer relations; Strong ability to influence people, building trust and credibility; Display integrity; Understanding project finances & contracts; Computer literate; Electrical/mechanical/metallurgical engineering University degree or technologist diploma with 5 years of relevant project experience;.
