Quality Control Manager

Busy Bee Tools is looking for a Quality Control Manager, with a minimum of 3 years of quality assurance and management experience in a machine/workshop environment .

Knowledge and skills in motors and motor repair Sound electrical background with the ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues related to woodworking & metalworking machinery Capable of operating at a high level woodworking & metalworking machinery Sound knowledge of Microsoft based programs i.e.: Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent communication skills Scheduling Multi-tasking Organizational skills / logistics Manage quality inspectors and repair technicians on the shop floor Oversee quality programs and personnel to ensure that all items leaving the building are within the scope of customer requirements in regards to quality and are to the customers specification Write and maintain all procedures, quality documents, check sheets and manuals as required Manage & track all internal documents such as RG’s (returned goods) & Job Card (repair work) Track, manage & maintain parts department Handle sample testing & reporting Communicate with other departments and branches when needed Work with Customer Service Department closely to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers at the highest level Keep organized records of all repairs, maintenance work & sample testing Assist with Sales department when needed, travel and attend company events & trade shows and help with corporate growth when required.
