We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to lead the development of sales enablement assets and collateral, enabling the ongoing transformational growth within our sales organization.

What You’ll Do This role will help us continue to accelerate our growth trajectory, focusing on continuous productivity improvement across our teams.

You will build content and programs to ensure we all deeply understand our market, our prospects, and customers
– and that we have the knowledge and skills needed to help customers get the most from the SOTI suite of solutions.

Primary areas of focus: Deliver, manage, and scale continuous learning content and programs for our sales organization globally.

In collaboration with the Sale Effectiveness team, Marketing and Product Management, create a variety of materials to promote learning through self-study, practice, and performance support to increase the effectiveness of our sales organization.

Build strong relationships with product marketing and product management to fully understand SOTI’s products, how they are unique, then align content development to that.

Transform research and statistics from target verticals into content that delivers value to the sales organization.

Through ongoing research, document industry specific pain points for target personas, craft relevant and engaging content to be leveraged through the buyer journey.

Translate messaging into actionable deliverables
– email templates, cheat sheets and other tools for specific segments.

Develop buyer persona-based use cases enabling the sales team to have consistent, effective, and engaging sales conversations with prospects and customers.

Develop Sales Playbooks and supporting programs.

Develop and deliver ongoing learning programs, such as Webinars, Lunch & Learns focused on continuous learning and reinforcement.

Assist with reporting dashboards, enabling program measurement.

Experience You’ll Bring 5-7 years of enablement experience in a B2B technology company with a demonstrated ability of delivering results.

Sales experience (ideally sales leadership, minimally an Account Executive seller) with a strong understanding of what it means to drive revenue in a sales role, and the pain points that can be alleviated by effective sales enablement.

Cross functional experience in Sales Operations or Product Marketing an asset.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills; ability to quickly build solid partnerships.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Proven project and time management skills in an environment where you may be contributing to several projects simultaneously, maintaining and regularly updating multiple project schedules.

Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and processes to increase revenue.

Strong skills in Salesforce.com, PowerPoint and Excel.

Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to achieve outcomes.

Post-secondary education in business, education, or a related field.
