JH OVERSEAS LTD is looking for the position of Sales Supervisor for their location at 1022 Queen Street, Toronto, ON M6J 1H6 Job Title: Sales Supervisor Nature of Employment: Permanent Full Time Position Salary: $ 20.25 per hour for 37.5 hours/week.
Overtime pay at 1.5 times regular rate of pay after 44 hours.
May be required to work some weekends Job duties: Prepare and distribute schedules of the sales representatives and delegate jobs accordingly.
Accountable to understand general company policies and provide guidance to Sales Representatives and Assistants as needed.
Understand Customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Maintain specified inventory levels and places orders for all register and related Stock.
Promotes and maintains safe working environment and follows all company protocols for safety and is required to report any unsafe working conditions to the Senior Executives.
Oversee the visual standards of the store such as store displays & banners, good offers and deals provided in the store.
Receive and Report on all sales leads in the store.
Prepares necessary paperwork to record the track of weekly, monthly and quarterly performance as well as Sales metrics.
