Senior Consultant, Continuous Improvement


This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted May 18, 2021.

Guided by the principles of focusing on our clients, innovating our businesses and simplifying both our employee and client experience, As an Operational Excellence, Senior Consultant, Continuous Improvement , you will use your experience to help refine our operating model and continuous improvement roadmap.

You will identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiencies of our Fraud Operations through process simplification and automation.

You will lead and work closely with Fraud Operation Managers to define and implement employee scorecards.

You will be an advocate for enabling continuous improvement across the business and will develop process engineering skills in others.

In addition, you will work collaboratively with Fraud Strategy, Fraud Operations, and Fraud Delivery to achieve common goals and actively promote co-operation and good working relationships among team members.

How You’ll Succeed Process Improvement
– Conduct process diagnostics to define process pain points, recommendations to address pain points, and identify metrics to measure and sustain results.

Process Modeling
– Define & implement KPIs/scorecards through the use of VOC, data collection plans, process capability studies, and implementation plans.

– Lead multiple process improvement projects.

Drive, report, and track projects to successful completion.

Plan, support and provide training and coaching in Lean Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies (e.g., Operational Excellence) to executives, operations, process consultants, and others.

– Create presentations for senior management and translate statistical analysis/concepts in a format that non-technical individuals can understand.
