Who are we looking for?Were looking for a data-driven demand generation marketer with a proven track record across a variety of marketing channels. You are obsessive about demand creation, conversation and optimization and are constantly learning to stay ahead of the curve on B2B marketing trends.As our Digital Marketing Lead, you have a strategic mind as well as hands-on skills. You will report to the Director, Marketing and will lead a small digital team, but you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the tools yourself. This role is responsible for using digital channels to drive pipeline.You are passionate when speaking about your Martech stack experiencewere looking for someone who is very comfortable directly using Marketo, SFDC, and other key tools in our stack.We are an innovative marketing team, always pushing ourselves to produce better results, faster. This year we are dedicated to building out a strong ABM program with thoughtful and creative campaigns. What will really make you stand out from the rest is your experience with ABM. What would you do in this role?

  • Demand generation strategy in a ABM model: manage a digital advertising strategy to complement our ABM programs. Bring and implement best practices around driving engagement for named accounts.
  • Create and exceed targets: take ownership and continually question, measure, analyze, and report on programs across a variety of metrics, including account engagement, funnel lead generation benchmarks, and sales pipeline to ensure marketing is hitting their goals. Prove ROI in our channel investments.
  • Develop nurture programs: architect a sophisticated nurture program that isnt overly complex but based on a solid strategy and compelling content.
  • Website management: manage an internal web developer in the creation and production of a user-optimized, highly personalized and device responsive website ensuring the best possible customer experience for all our prospects. You also have the confidence to work with external vendors to keep them accountable to their deliverables within the quality, time and budget expectations.
  • SEO and SEM strategies: Be on the forefront of online trends to continually improve our SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Prospect lifecycle management: regularly meet with sales leadership and sales team members to discuss prospect process challenges and program effectiveness to improve deal velocity and conversion rates throughout the funnel.
  • Be a key stakeholder in operations: design and deploy an efficient global demand engine in collaboration with the global marketing and marketing operations team; streamlining data collection, tech stack management, program and pipeline reporting to reduce manual work and increase the quality of insight to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead and build relationships: provide constructive feedback, motivate and balance priorities in order to get the best quality work from your direct reports. We are also looking for someone who will regularly engage with the sales team and be a highly visible leader within the Toronto office.

  • Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise B2B digital marketing experience.
  • 2+ years leading digital marketing programs.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, public relations or business.
  • Proven record for developing effective demand generation strategies using a variety of tactics such as digital advertising, lead generation and web marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, email marketing, web content personalization and marketing automation practices.
  • Ability to manage, mentor and inspire a team.
  • Effectively manage projects prioritize and resource to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Fastidious attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.
