Senior Manager, Revenue Operations


This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted June 15, 2019.

What Will You Be Doing?

As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, you will support the Go-to-Market leadership team with strategic and analytical support to deliver on Annual Booked Revenue goals.

This end-to-end support function will manage, own, and organize the distribution of all funnel data for both inbound and outbound lead generation.

You currently will have one direct report.

This is both a high-level and tactical role that requires heavy lifting and problem-solving.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will: Lead, manage and report operational metrics that support business operations and decisions (i.e.

sales and marketing tactics, segment analysis, CAC, lead generation, constraints in the funnel) Analyze and build key insights to enhance all end-to-end funnel activity on Marketing, Sales & Customer Success Work directly with key sales leaders on critical strategic and operational projects designed to increase lead generation, sales productivity and operational efficiency Support the Finance function with forecasting and modelling company bookings and revenue Own and manage world-class tech stack, including CRM, marketing, sales and product usage tools Drive revenue through the best use of these tools, maximize ROI, and ensure one unified version of the truth Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement with sales management and sales process quality Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of reports and other intelligence essential to the sales, marketing and customer success organizations, including board-level reporting Connect Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success operations across the customer lifecycle to drive efficiency and keep all teams accountable to Revenue Implement the plans, tools, processes, and workflows to optimize customer acquisition and growth programs Deep dive into customer development and solve out of the box problems with a variety of projects Play a key role on the finance leadership team and build a small but mighty sales and revenue operations team What We Hope to See in Your Experience 5-10 years’ experience in a successful revenue/sales operations team within a technology organization Proficient in sales and marketing technologies, such as SalesForce, InsightSquared, and marketing automation Extensive first-hand experience managing SFDC and sales technology stack Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies Ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables Able to design, implement and manage sales and demand forecasting, planning and budgeting processes Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change cross functionally Strong technical, research, problem solving and collaboration skills Preferred Location: We have an opening in our downtown Toronto office.
