This position is accountable for the sequenced roadmap, prioritized backlog, and delivery of marketing capabilities enabled via the Content Management System and supporting technologies such as Identity Management, API integrations, Blogs, Analytics, etc.

This role supports KPMG offices (called Member Firms) from around the globe enabling local teams to deliver best in class digital experiences.

LI-Hybrid What you will do Define and maintain a documented product roadmap that demonstrates how the prioritized enhancements are aligned with enabling the business to meet their objectives.

Create, maintain, and prioritize a well-defined backlog with Product Owners to define requirements and acceptance criteria for product features which can be easily understood by our Technology team.

Attend agile ceremonies including daily standups, planning, and retrospectives, working in partnership with technology teams on execution.

Lead, collaborate with, and motivate a cross-functional team from the functions of UX/UI design, Business Analysis, Development, QA, UAT, designers, project managers, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, and testers to build, execute and release features in alignment with digital roadmaps.

Partner with global KPMG stakeholders in Digital Marketing and other departments to understand business needs, goals, and strategy to inform the Public Website product roadmap.

Actively engage global stakeholders from KPMG Member Firms to align on collective priorities to inform the product roadmap and backlog items on a release-by-release basis.

Be a product subject matter expert that can help Member Firms understand how to leverage the product optimally, as well as having the ability to work with development teams to ensure solution designs meet your business’ needs.

Collaborate with platform vendors to influence the product roadmaps to meet KPMG goals.

Partner with technology resources and/or platform vendor resources to expand your knowledge of the platform.

Consistently review product metrics to inform any required changes to upcoming releases or the product roadmap.

What you bring to the role Completion of a relevant undergraduate degree or diploma 5 years as a Product Owner/Manager with a focus on Marketing Technology.

Specific experience with enterprise Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager as a multi-site manager (MSM) preferred Knowledge on Identity Management systems, such as SAP, Okta Knowledge on search on a public website, taxonomy, and enterprise search engine optimization (including technical SEO) Experience leading and mentoring a small team of Product Owners that support all features and capabilities of the product Hands on experience with developing and communicating product roadmaps, defining priorities to drive product updates and innovation Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.

The candidate should have existing (or be able to quickly establish) strong relationships with individual stakeholders and groups at all levels across KPMG Strong knowledge of SDLC and prior success in working with development teams; technical capability and a track record in software development combined with experience in the leadership of software development teams and delivery of product enhancements within a software development environment Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance and regulations including GDPR, CASL and CCPA.
