This role has end-to-end responsibility for the strategy, governance, implementation, and operations.

This position will collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to drive capabilities that deliver measurable business value.

This role will advance technology for our Janssen strategic omnichannel program, positioned to transform the Health Care Professional (HCP) experience.

This individual must be passionate about iterating our technology solutions to deliver a coordinated, personal experience to HCP.

This leader will also have responsibility for our Learning & Development capabilities for our field organizations, advancing platforms to enable continuous learning and development in our pursuit to share scientific knowledge.

As a working as a member of the Janssen NA Commercial Technology leadership team, the Sr.

Director will develop teams of product line and integrated solutions teams, while collaborating with Technology Services and vendor partners to design and develop impactful business solutions.

Responsibilities: Create and execute technology product strategies, roadmaps and associated portfolios and priorities to drive business outcomes.

Champion a highly collaborative culture that encourages self-directed, fast paced product delivery teams to accelerate innovative solutions in service of Janssen’s customer interactions.

Sponsor and govern the technology investments and implementations to shape and deliver integrated customer solutions.

Structure and handle strategic technology collaborations with vendors (Salesforce.com, Veeva, etc.) to ensure high value partnerships.

Establish, build, and mature business relationships across all business departments to understand, coordinate, prioritize, deliver, and support the various demands, capabilities, processes, and compliance requirements.

Assess and explain external customer perspectives, internal partner needs, market opportunities, industry benchmarks, and system connections/constraints to ensure value creation and process efficiencies.

Champion global Customer Engagement team model to ensure alignment on technology decisions and governance.

Ensure that J&J information assets are appropriately identified, valued, and secured aligned to policies.

Qualifications Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of technology industry experience.

Commercial Sales & Marketing process experience Results oriented with strong organization skills and a consistent track record in shaping and executing highly sophisticated programs.

Experience innovating technology strategies and solutions to solve business problems and enable business transformation, and experience measuring value creation.

Demonstrated ability to communicate with impact, influence, negotiate, and build collaborative partnerships, teams, and trust across functions.

8 years people leadership experience, leading technical teams across multiple ambitious priorities Preferred: Experience handling large scale IT projects in a GxP validated environment.

Delivery experience with the Agile framework and approach as Product Manager or Product Owner is highly preferred Prior work in the Life sciences or health care industry Experience with Agile methodology and solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.

This will report into the VP of Commercial Product & Platform Solutions and is in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA and may require up to 15% travel within the New Jersey/Pennsylvania area and occasional travel across North America, and Globally.
